Motherboard installation HELP

So I installed my motherboard, with the risers and doing everything like I usually do. All of the sudden I try to install a card on the top.. if I push it all the way into the slot, it wont fit so I can screw it on.

When I go to install a card on the bottom, same thing...

BUT! When I install my video card in the middle of all the slots, it fits perfectly.

WTH?

Wish I could show you a pic....

Lemme just say.. if I so much as touch my internet card right now, it will pull out of socket.

Any suggestions on how to correct this misalignment?

New case?

do you have all the stand offs in the right places in about 8or 9 of them

Yeah, new case and yes, I have all of the holes aligned properly, the risers in place...

Should I invest in washers? lol
