Looking for a replacement motherboard recommendation

I have been using the eVGA 680i motherboard, but recently been running into memory controller issues. I've read on the eVGA site that many people have this problem of the 0d & C1 errors.

So now I'm thinking of switching to a different board. Can anyone offer some recommendations that I can look at for the specs I have?

Antec P180B case w/TruePower 650watt PSU
Intel C2D E6400 Conroe
Zalman 9500 heatsync & fan
Crucial Ballistix PC8000 (1GB x 2)
eVGA 8600GT 256mb (x2) SLI
WD 150GB Raptor
WD 250gb SATA2 non-raid (x2)
PCI Ethernet Card

I'm not using a sound card. Instead I'm running USB to a Digital Receiver and home theater surround sound. Also, I don't plan on OC'ing at this time. I just want to run stable at a decent speed

go with a p35 based board and sell the 2 8600gt's for a 8800GT (92) card..
