Some Intel RAID0 questions...

Hi,

I'm pretty new to Intel chipsets.
I have Giagabyte's X38-DQ6, and i've raided 3xHitachi 160Gb drives.

Now i'm wondering, should Write back caching be turned off? is there any way to turn it on?

Because when i open intel's application, it says that its ON for the array, but off in individual drives?

I really don't get this :)

If you have crazy high burst rates, Its on.

Yeah, you should have it on and Intel's RAID manager supercedes Windows individual settings. I think if you do check the box for the individual drives it then grays out showing write cach enabled.
