Overkill?

I got a 500watt PSU for X-mas is this to much power. I am using in on my asus a7v133 with a 1.3ghz amd tb, 2 40gig 7200rpm hdd, one alpha 8045 w/ 80mm high panaflo, sb audigy platinum, 24x10x40 burner, 12x dvd, nic, tv tuner, and about 3 fans. Would 450 be better to have or 400 instead of 500?

not at all. More power is good. I am not sure if there is a point where you have to mch power but im sure its not at anything near 500 watt.
