If this is already a thread, please point me to the right thread. I, for some reason can't get file sharing set up bet. my XP laptop and Vista desktop. I have them on the same workgroup and all the file sharing and password settings correct, I can even ping from the XP to the Vista and from the Vista to the XP. I don't get it.:bang head I've tried everything I can think of, please help.
