P5N32-E Sli 680i And CPU-Z Volts

Hello again

All right here my problem.

A asus P5N32-E Sli MB and have a E6750 CPU ..

KK i have been chugging along nicely till i hit a few stability issues.

First ran at [email protected] then went to [email protected] after month or so

still ran fine and then went to [email protected].

Then in i got the random blue screen, got latest prime,CPU-Z and core temp
Started to notice that no matter how high/low i set my Vcore .. CPU-Z readed it as 1.37

So what i want to know is did i hurt my CPu/MB and it is now ignoring my orders or is CPU-Z out of line

But dont think its the later since i see fluctuations like spikes to 1.39 and dips 1.36. And if CPU-Z is right then WHY on earth is my MB ignoring the Bios!!
