I placed an order with them (I order some A/V cables and a network cable) Not only were their prices REDICUOUSLY cheap, but I received the wrong adapter. I ordered a 3.5mm stereo to RCA and I got an RCA y-splitter. I just called em up and they said I could keep the piece and they will overnight me a replacement for free.

That is what I really call customer service!

I also have to say, after hooking up all my cables, this stuff is top notch for bottom dollar!
