Western Digital RMA gets a gold star

I had two hard drives die at the exact same time, a 200gb pata seagate, and a 36gb raptor, 8mb cache. I sent them off to RMA the same day. About a week and a half later I got a refurbished 250gb drive from seagate. That's fine, it was an old drive anyway, I'm happy. Western Digital, on the other hand, was taking forever. It's been over a month and then the RMA status said they were out of stock. Today arrived a brand new raptor, manufacture date Jan 17, 2008. But the best part is it's a 16mb version instead of the 8mb one I sent them! Hooray Western Digital! :beer:

I could just see the Team Temperature rising if it took a company over a month to send me something.

Then again... I've been uncharacteristically patient with EVGA....
