Any one tested the new e8400's yet ?

If so how much better are they than a 4mb chip ?
are they keeping up with the quads @ 3.6ish when @ 4+ghz ?

the E8400 is 5% better clock for clock than the E6600 on the predominent WUs, p2653. It does however, clock much higher than the E6600. At max OC the E8400 should outproduce the E6600 by 25%.

It gets it closer, but not quite to the level of a Q6600 running one instance and nowhere close to a Q6600 running two in VMware.
