Hi guys,

Well hopefully by the end of Sunday i have ordered my new high end pc as alot of members suggested i downgrade from DDR3 to DDR2 as they are over priced i am looking for a quality ram ... what do you think about the following rams?

New Patriot Extreme 4GB (4 x 1GB)PC2-9600 1200MHz DDR2

OR

Corsair Dominator 4GB 4x1GB PC2-8500 1066MHz DDR2 RAM
(4GB of Very, Very Hard to Find Rev, 1.2 MICRON Chips!!! )

I've had good luck with Kingston...they have some hyperX that is rated at 2.3-2.35v,with cas latency of 5. I seen a review, where this guy took some to like 500mhz at cas3....I have the same ram PC9200 and I have it running at 499mhz cas4...and I have it undervolted.
Somebody mentioned some ddr2 for like $42.00 but you would need your own heatspreaders.....Look for the Kingston pc9200 review and you will see that it has real potential, and it is rated at 1200mhz.
