I have a modem that i cannot instal because i do not have the drivers and i do not know the company so i can't download them. Can I get some help?

get the FCC ID number off of it and go to http://www.driverguide.com/
click the member log in at the top left, and use the user name: drivers and password: all
you'll be able to search for your drivers inside.

ok i signed in but where do i type the fcc id number? My number is: M4TUSA-33142-M5-E

sorry, that's my FCC REG#, i don't have a fcc id#

I pulled up 3 with that number you gave me.
After you log in, go to the bottom and click driver search.
under enter a keyword........enter that number you gave me.
can't post a link as it's "secure" and you need to log in to access the drivers.
