BFG 6800GT OC Question of Health

I have the system listed below in my signature, and while playing Company of Heroes and GRAW2 I have noticed more and more graphics anomalies. While playing I will get artifacts that weren't there before and graphics glitches. Is this an indication of graphic card failure? This wasn't happening last week. Sad... oh well I am building a new computer, I might as well let it die, get a new card for this one, and put it aside as my word processing computer.

Have you checked the temps on the card lately? Could be dust bunnies if you haven't give the case a good cleaning in awhile. The card may well be dying, I would just try to solve the obvious Ie. Heat, Has the thermal compound ever been replaced on the card, Etc.

Replaced the thermal compound on the card last summer... Card temp seems to be fine, no higher than normal.
