I need cooling advice for a Quadro 32mb

I modded a GF256 32ddr to Quadro a good while ago, and now I'm on the virge of getting a new card, so now the time has come for a little more coolin' and tweakin'!!

Advice please! Should I lapp the GPU? Ramsinks? Memory lapping?

thx, but please tell me if I apply AS adhesive on a lapped surface, won't it short out the GPU?
