I am looking to upgrade from my Voodoo 3 to something with TV out features and better gaming abilities. I found on pricewatch a PowerMagic Radeon VE 64mb DDR for around $65. Their website says it has HyperZ enabled and with DDR as opposed to SDR memory I figured it would be faster for casual gaming. Is this a good buy and an improvement over my voodoo card or should I look elsewhere? Thanks.

well depending on how much ur willing to spend, there are alotta choices. Some of the higher end vid cards with vivo are the radeon 8500. Then theres some mid price ones like the geforce3 ti200. :D

$102 US online can get you a retail Radeon 7500, imho a great deal for the price. Card provides very good performance and TV out at 1024x768 , somehting no other cards can do.
Also great 2D video and dvd support if ya need it. Good overclokers as well.
