I have 4gb of this (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145590) ram. I keep trying to OC my CPU, right now I have it at 3.3ghz@1.45 volts, running cool and stable. Only problem is I put it higher than that and it crashes. Running it that fast puts the ram above the 800mhz, so I think that might be causing the crashes. The specs on the ram say 1.9v, but my BIOS just has it at auto. Would turning it up to 2.0 or 2.1 solve the problem possibly? What else could it be, I see people hitting 3.6ghz+ all the time, but I can't pass 3.3ghz, and it's not running hot. Tips?

Set volts manually, set multiplier to lowest and see if you can oc cpu higher.

what cpu do you have?

Also, please list your full system specs, it is hard to help you when we don't know what hardware you are using ;)

My bad, sorry it was late, I thought I did put what CPU I have.

Anyway, my system specs are
E6750
4gb Corsair XMS PC6400
XFX 8800GTS 512mb
Asus P5K

Right now it's at 415x8@1.4v and it's not 100% stable, even though it's not running hot (it doesn't pass 45*c). I tried turning up the vcore of the CPU a bit and it was still the same thing, which 1.4v should be enough for that speed anyway, which is why I thought it might be the RAM crashing the system.
