The other day I ordered a new Maxtor Diamond Max Plus 60gig hard drive for www.DataDrive4All.com. I went for the 2 days Express shipping. Today how ever I got an e-mail with my tracking #. I went and looked at it and it said Ground Shipping. So now I'm being charged $19 the price of two days express that will be ground instead. This so way blows if I would've wanted ground I would've went with ground and not pay for two days express. I wish I would've thought of it before. I went to the BBB web site to see about them. Here what they said " The Bureau has sent two requests for basicinformation to this companybut, as of today, has received no reply. The company has responded to complaints brought to the attention by the Bureau."

can't say much more than resellerratings.com, however they're not even listed there, and sure, the new guy has to get a start somewhere.

Yeah, resellerratings.com is useful if the company is listed. Be sure to go list them!

I just bought a digital camera, bought it at Fry's because every place I could find online who advertised it cheaper than Fry's had a bad rating from Resellerratings. I feel as though I was saved from a hassle.

Well lets put it this way buys. I just went to check the tracking on my Hard drive and UPS don't have it listed and lastnight they did.

I went to resellerrating and was able to find them. They also go by NeuTron Inc. Out of 192 votes they have a over all score of 5.1.

5.1 is to low for me. Personally I don't order from anyone under 6.5. granted that might be a little high, but I have never had a problem.
