Two AMD Items . . . More Delays and Another Phenom Problem?

If you read the linked threads in this article, you will see that it seems that there seems to be a weakness in the third core (Core 2) of some Phenoms. I'm wondering how widespread this seems to be and if anyone on these forums that has a Phenom has had this problem?
