7v mod question

Okay I just did the 7v mod with the help of the illustrations in the overclockers article. What I wanted to know now is that if another fan is connected to the other end of the 4pin molex does that fan become 7v also?

If you switched pins in a molex adapter with a set of fan wires also coming out of one molex, then yes. It will be 7 volts without any other modding needed.
Don't plug in a harddrive or CD here!
