What Helps?

I just upgraded my motherboard and memory and went from 133*10.5 SDR to 142*10 DDR. So my question is: how much does it help fah to boost the fsb and go to DDR? From what I've seen so far performance is entirely cpu limited, but does the other stuff help at all?

Folding speed influenced mainly CPU speed, but I'm pretty sure the fsb does help very slightly.
