I need some help with my 8045.

Hey, I installed my 8045 about a week ago it it was working great but now the springs are getting worn in and I have noticed a slight increase in cpu temperature about 1'c or so. I want to add the extra washers, but I lost two of them. Does anyone know the part number for the washers (the flat ones) or the size of them?

just get the washer, go to home depot and ask them to help you...
and BAM! you got as many washers as you could possibly want ;)

yeah just bring one along and get four about the same size. look in teh drawer things they probably have them. use the 4 you buy don't mix and match.

I doubt it! mine have been on for two months and still work perfectly. might lap the hs though.

Has your case/room temp gone up any:mad: ? IF the room is warmer you cpu will get warmer.... If it is winter where you are at open a window and watch your cpu temp drop. :cool:

Go to a local store bring a sample and the clerk will match/find one that will be identical to that size.
