Hi selector, welcome to the Forum,
What is the Cpu temp @full load (100% load)?
I ask you coz this can be the prob, like the mem modules with timings too much aggressive too :)

Yes, can be an heat prob, generally is better to have a Cpu temp @full load around 40-45 degree C, even if with a Cpu not Overclocked.
About the mem timings, well, do you have setted into the Bios Ras & Cas delay on 2 instead of 3?

I've been 'suffering' from this VERY annoying BSOD for months. The MKDB states the error as 'a program Internal Request Level error' and is 'probably' caused by a badly written device driver causing memory page faults. I suspected the driver for my onboard Highpoint ATA66 controller for a long time, but after trying each and everything and doing lost of reinstalls of win2k with different software and drivers, swapped all my hardware, ran with only AGP, NIC and one stick of ram at default speeds; In the end I determined it was caused by BlackIce defender(!) It got even worse when I tried out XPpro, ofcourse right after setting up my LAN I always installed BlackIce and my antivir before I continued. I'm not kidding here. It always happened when the PC was up and running for hours (only very rarely after a few minutes), and when I played multiple mpegs, and kept on surfing. Now you ARE running BlackIce Defender, right?! Otherwise I'm pulling my hair out! Switch to ZoneAlarm and let us know what happens...
