Go here (http://www.clubit.com/search_promo.cfm?keyword=080212LCD&cat=all&CMP=EMC-TTLCD021208) to find some great monitor deals. The more I visit this store the better I like it. I got my Q6600 from them too and I am most definately buying a monitor next month with some tight budgeting.
Does anyone know about the Chimei CMV-221-D-Black $179 (http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A4693007) after rebate ($223 before)
Samsung Syncmaster 22" BW226 $249 (http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A4603219)
Chimei CMV-222H $249 (http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A4693006) after ($314 before rebates), includes a 6 - 1 card reader and speakers (blah) but 1200:1 HDMI what is the card readers for?
acer 22" 5ms 300 cd/m2 700:1 DVI Black Widescreen LCD Monitor Retail AL2216Wbd (ET.2216B.0D0) $209 after ($223 before rebates)
I am just about sure I'll be getting my next display here.
They also give stepping and Box code for CPUs for example:
Intel Xeon X3220 G0 Stepping $278 (http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=CA1938011) Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Retail BX80562X3220 SLACT
This may not be a big deal to many, but for me to know your getting such and such a stepping is invaluable. As far as monitors I didn't see anything about having to live with a minumum number of dead pixels, whereas the Egg states you have to have more then seven dead pixels to return your LCD? To me that's crazy.
