Q3 character problems

all the people are sarge!!! every single person shows up as sarge in the game - the names are different and the characters when you pic them are diferent but when you play they are all sarge - even me! it is kinda dull help please:eek:

i fixed it, i just re installed it so it works now- i dont kow what it is but it is fixed now:eh?: - i bought it
