Is DDR2 1066 worth the majorly higher price over 800

The title pretty much says it. Major jump in price from 800 to 1066. Ill be using an ABIT IX38, E8400. Board says it takes up to 1066. Looking at the Crucial Ballistix. 2Gigs of 800 is 64.99 and 2Gigs of 1066 is 113.99. How much will you notice between the two. The 800 has a rebate that makes it 39.99 for 2Gigs!! These prices are from tigerdirect.

What FSB will you want to achieve on this setup?

If your going with the ballistix no, it is not. I have yet to hear of anyone whose 6400 Ballistix would not do 1066, given they were not CPU limited. If you were to go with another manufacturer where the OC is in question then it may be worth the premium but not for the Crucials.
