I need to receive a large file (about 800MB) from someone. I could set up an FTP server, but is there an easier way to make a one-time transfer? Thanks!

Upload seems to max out aroun 90 KB/s, though.

500 MB limit, so split it into a multi-part zip file. Don't recall upload speed, been awhile.
