Just replaced my mobo with an Abit AN-M2. Now my video card (since removed) wouldn't boot past "windows xp" display. Had adjusted for PCIe initial and all but will only show post and windows xp-- then just black.

The card is a Gigabyte 8600gt 512. Worked fine on other mobo:bang head

Remove two sticks of RAM and try again.

had the same with my 7900GS, 8800GT works, but 7900GS craps out(not with vista though)

maybe a windows repair will work?

I was sharing memory with the onboard video....turned that off -works fine.
