Well, I just got a lovely Yamaha reciever for my home theatre system. I went out and bought optical cables for my xbox, and dvd player (Man, those are expensive cables). Anyway, both state that they can support DTS, but when I switch my reciever (Yamaha RX-V620) to dts, I get no sound. I switch it back to auto, it shows dolby digital, and works fine. Where's my dts?
BTW, all of you with a sound blaster audigy, notice how creative used 2 separate digital signals for the 4 channels? That sucks, seing as how I can only hook up 2 of the 4 (or 5.1) to my reciever at a time.
