seeking a thermostat...

greetings everyone...

i'm looking for a adjustable thermostat for a heating (gasp!) project.
i need to keep something between 100° - 120° F.
being able to adjust the on and off temps would be great.

i would also like one for when i get back into water cooling.

i plan on using a relay to handle the amps of the heater.

any help would be most appreciated

Why not just a variac with a cartidge heater?

100-120F? Ebay mate.
