Can these Fish Tank products be used with Distilled Water/WC setup?

i wouldn't ad any of them as they are meant to help certain bacteria grow, get some iodine and put a couple of drops.

I want to mix something with my Distilled Water to prevent algae and all that gunk. I was thinking of just using car antifreeze but we don't have any at the house but we do have some fish tank products.
