SEE MY LAST POST!!!
Is there any difference in these drives?

Also, how much of an improvement is a RAID 0 config (2x)?

The drives performance is the exact same. The first link is brown box OEM, comes just bare drive.
Second drive has a see-through window on it and it's called Raptor X.
The last link is for a Retail Raptor which comes in a pretty box and includes a cable etc.
There is no difference in performance.

Ok. I've got a SATA cable, so it comes down to whether or not I want a window or not.
Also, is there going to be a new Raptor or faster hard drive coming out in the next 6 months?

Unless you are for the new-er solid state drives, doubt it. The technology isn't moving toward higher rpm's for single drives.
The new Seagate rev 11's (I think I'm remembering correctly) perform nearly as well as the raptors in some benchmarks and come close to one raptor while in raid.

Thanks for your help. Is there anywhere I can get some clear cut graphs of their performance? Like the comparison of one to a RAID 0 or to a seagate?

This is the most comprehensive I've seen http://www23.tomshardware.com/storage.html
It doesn't have raid comparisons, just some benchies for single drives.
A more recent one that I've heard a lot about is http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=543849&highlight=seagate which goes into a little more explanation.
There were some reviews I've read on raid performance, which on synthetic benchmarks can easily beat a single raptor. What it came down to for me was performance vs. dollar/gB. Some people swear by raptors and their performance in real world apps, some people don't like the noise or don't notice it.
Edit: sorry for the late reply, bed time last night.

Here's some reading:
http://www.nextlevelhardware.com/storage/barracuda/ (bottom of the page has a link to the raid benches)
http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=476776
Basically it just comes down to $ and performance.
$120 for the 7200.11 or $170 raptor 150.
For $240 you could RAID those .11's and have the performance of the raptor and 1TB of space. If you don't need space or don't wanna worry about a RAID0 failing then just get the raptor.

2 are amazing
but even 1 of the 150gb raptors are more than enough m8 10000rpm phew
