Suggestion for Video Capture Card

I am interested in getting one so i can watch tv on my machine while i surf.. Can anyone reccomend a good brand to look into?

Heppaugh I believe it's spelled. I've only had one (sold it) but had zero problems from it.

I've got one and it is very good, the only thing i fouind was to make sure that if you have a SB Live card that the Hauppauge one is in a high slot. eg. sb in slot 5, Hauppauge in slot 4

yeah Hauppauge is very good. I just got mine at Christmas and it is working great. The only question is how do I connect it to my TV so I can watch DVDs on my TV? I have an S-Video jack on the card, so do I need an S-Video cable to connect it to my TV?
