OKay I have a Sanyo Denki fan that has the 3pins on it. I decided to cut out the black & red wires and hook them up to a 4pin. Now thats left is the yellow wire. Is that the wire I can plug straight into the MB?

Yes, it is,
on the Sanyo-Denky's fan is the yellow wire that send the Rpm signal to the Mobo, with Delta's is the blue ;)

Hey Doors - Let me ask you something is MBM pretty much on the spot for temps? Since my delta fan isn't hooked up to my computer, but my Abit BE6 has its own temp sensors. Right now I'm not overclocking or anything. BUt I did add my 80mm Sanyo fan and Sunon fan + vantec w/delta *7vmod* in my computer. And if my memory serves me right I had about 24-28C. Now its great at 20-21C and thats idle. So how acurate is it.

I can say only that MBM reads the sensors on Mobo (Alexander van Kaam), nothing else.
Personally I remember a very interesting article for the Calibration of the internal thermal diode (here (http://www.arcticsilver.com/diode_calibration.htm)), but probably the best way to go is using an external themal sensor in between the Cpu Core & the HS and compare the results.
