I've seen articles that say they come in so many different colors, however I can't seem to find anyone that carries the purple strip. Does anyone know of any online vendors or phone #'s for people I can get the purple strip from? Thanks!

Glow wire is similar to what you're looking for. Target sells the stuff in blue and purple, 6' and 15' lengths. Autozone sells it too, but it costs more.
