Anyone get this game? I am tempted as it seems cool, its supposed to take place over seasons 1 and 2 of the show... :drool:
I sorta like adventure games if the story is good, I can see this being good.
Most reviews gave it a 6.5-7.0

Meh, would get it except I personally think the series went downhill after season 1.

I pre-ordered it. It's only $30 and I'm a big Lost fan so I'm going to give it a shot. From what I've read it's a puzzle/exploration game which sounds pretty cool. Kind of like Myst/Uru which I am a big fan of. They are also supposed to reveal some things that haven't been revealed in the TV show. I'm sure it's nothing major, but will still be cool anyway.

Season 4 has been pretty awesome, I wouldn't be surprised if they move a lot of copies of the game because of it. Graphics look decent, but I'm sure gameplay is a little iffy. Basically they add a new character to the series, and that character is you. Dun dun dun!

Games like these usually suck. I've watched through all of Lost in a matter of 2 weeks, started season 4 today, going to get to the end. Awesome show.
They should have made it with the Crysis engine.
the only thing that makes me not watch those shows is the level of immersion. things like obviouse lipstick on characters, change of apparel, hairstyles etc... The show just does not convince me that they are lost. Gilligan's Island did a better job at it for me.

Season 2 was a big disappointment.
Season 3 was excellent, though not as strong as Season 1. Season 3's finale I consider to be one of the finest finales on any television series.
Season 4, as mentioned above has been very well regarded. Season 4's recent episode "Constant" has provoked a lot of great reviews.

Yeah I loved Season 1, thought Season 2 was a step down from S1, but still thought it was pretty good. Season 3 started out slow, but got awesome as it progressed. And I am LOVING Season 4 so far. "The Constant" was one of my favorite episodes ever.

last 6 episodes of season 3 were amazing.
Michelle Rodriguez is why season 2 wasn't up to par.
Season 4 is awesome!

I read in reviews that the game is too structured and you can't explore like you want to. I think it is basically going from one place to another following the story.

Heh yea, the black smoke monster would look pretty well in the Crysis Engine :P

Not sure, it doesn't look any better, possibly a little worse than CryEngine used in FarCry.

I believe it is the engine used for Ghost Recon Advanced Warrior 1 and 2 (YETI)

was watching g4 last night and they said it was absolute dog doo doo basically.
You could mak ea pretty wicked gam eout of Lost wiht the right engine and the right kind of gameplay.
I agree Cryengine2 shoudl have been the first choice, or even the original cryengine.
