sidewindercomputers.com does, I know that. Just do a search in Vendor Discussion using "paypal" as a keyword, should be something there.

I was also able to find a few by doing a google.com search for "paypal and computer" or something like that. Don't forget to check out the vendor at www.resellerratings.com to see how they stack up...
