Will My Motherboard Work With A Pentium III-450???

I have a Micron Millenia PII-450 and was wondering if it will support a PIII-450. It does not have a voltage jumper but it does have a cpu jumper up to 5.0 and a and 66/100 bus jumper.

Other than performance, what is the main differences between the PII-450 and PIII-450?
