Any chance on using CPUidle on XP?

Is there any way of forceíng software cooling on the XP CPU?
CPUidle does not seem to work.

Yes and No. Sorry.
It is possible on the 133A chipsets.
You have a 266 chipset. So you are not able to do so I am sorry to say.
I am running a 133A board so I am able to use H`Oda's cooling hack. O/C.com and Viahardware.com is where I got everything I needed to get it to work right.
