I have my MCW60 that I want to put back into use; However I stripped out the heads of the mounting screws (I can't get a screw driver in em anymore). Anyone know where I can get some replacement hardware for these or if I can rig something up for this block?

try a larger diameter bolt or self tapping screw and force it thouigh. This worked reasonably well for my appogee block when i stripped the screw until i was able to get a long bolt and push it through(although you can't really do this unless you can drill though the metal standoff)

I should have stated, I stripped out the heads of the screws. So I can't tighten the block down anymore.

drill out the head and once you take out the back plate their should be enough of a nub left to grab on and spin out with vice grips

Well I have the block apart now, so no need to do that. I was thinking of just dremeling out new slots (deeper ones) but they really won't help me in the long run.

I wish I had the block handy I'd get pics of what I am talking about.

They are really weird tiny threads that I can't find anywhere locally and I checked Swiftech and they don't offer anything that I saw.
Did you phone them and ask for new screws? I'd bet a dime to a dollar that they either have them or can tell you where to get some.

if you just need to get stripped screws out, use your dremel and a fine saw blade, cut a groove in the top of the screw, from edge to edge, and use a flat bladed screwdriver to get them out.

If you're careful in future you can still use the screws too.

Indeed.

You should call them if you can't find exactly what you want. In my experience, they have been kind of bad at responding to emails.
