Switches Galore

So here's the story:

I have my PC and a box that converts my cable signal to VGA so I can use my monitor as a TV. I also have speakers and headphones that I use while at my computer.

I am tired of crawling under my desk to mess around with cables in order to combo up all of the audio in the right setup that I want. So I've decided I want to make a switching box or something like that which I can put on top of my desk and make everything easier.

While cruising the web I found these two switches that I think would handle everything:

I especially like the Mic routing which allows me avoid splitting my headphone cable. These two switches would be cannibalized and combined in a self made enclosure.

Do you think this would be the best solution, do you know of a better way to get this done? Let me know.
