Cryp tap-2 Help.

I got a call from my boss today talking about having a virus on her computer. I asked her if she knew which one and she told me 'Cryp tap-2', which I've never heard of before. So I've been looking for any information on how to remove it and found my way to Symantec's Trojan.Vundo Removal Tool.

But contious searches for alternative ways lead me to one person saying that this didn't work for them. So I figured I'd enlist the help of you guys to see if anyone has any info on this.
