Welcome to The Forums!
I agree that the 35c temp is probably your cpu temp.
If you know what mobo you have, you could post this in that forum, and you might be more likely to find someone else with the same board.
Here is another suggestion for you: try MotherBoardMonitor, you can find it here (http://www.overclockers.com/topiclist/index27.asp#UTILITIES)
There is also a wealth of information in the articles and Beginners' Guides over here! (http://www.overclockers.com)
MotherBoardMonitor shows up to 3 temps (that I know of) depending on your mobo's sensors, usually the lowest is the case temp, middle is mobo temp and the Hottest is cpu.
You can also usually confirm which temp is which (and which sensors you have) in bios: the temps are usually in there somewhere!

The (CPU1) is your processor temp, if you overclock you want to try to keep your temps under load below 45C....temps above 50C will shorten the CPU life and possible damage may occurr if you exceed that by much.

how do i ckech the load??
Run a program that gives the cpu 100% load until the temp stops going up.
Prime 95 will work ok.
