So yeah I'm walking down the street the night of my birthday Feb 29th :beer::beer::beer::beer: yep thats right I'm only 7 and, what do I come upon other than 2 HP Netware servers from back in the day. So my question is are they too old to fold now?

Parts are as follows:
2 P3 Slot 1 500Mhz cpus
256M of PC 100 SDRAM

The system says that it won't take 133 but doesn't mean I won't try it. Nice thing about these is that they have Hotswap SCSI bays on the front so I was thinking about running a *Nix distro for folding.

Thanks for your input

I say go ahead and give it a try.

I'd try the 5.04 client, but I guess it really depends on what OS you can get loaded.

I've got a box in the "garage" that has Win 3.1 on it and it runs just fine.

Solitare anyone?

:D

See how much power it draws, AF.

I have a P3, but my electric rates are very high, so it doesn't fold anymore. (Plus it's a laptop).

That's the question, how much folding per dollar can you get out of it?

I believe that they are 320W PSU but I haven't cracked one to do anything more than UBCD the parts of one.
