here are my scores..

Sounds t'me like over-agressive memory timing and probably not enough power to the RAM. Up the voltage a notch and see if that helps.

it works at cas 2.5 tho.. but thats default.. so im gonna try 16-8-8-2-7-2-3 @2.6v and see if that works..

bump.... when i oc my mem over 140fsb any game or 3dmark will start then disappear..
when i have my cpu over 1.61ghz same deal..
my cpu voltage is 1.93 (highest w/o mod)
any idea why it would disappear?

set the multiplier as low as you can, and see how high the memory will go without games/3dmark disappearing. If, at the low multiplier, you can get it to run at a higher FSB, then the CPU is holding you back. If, even at the low multiplier raising the FSB has the same results as the 11.5 multiplier, use 2x AGP instead of 4x, and see if you can get a higher FSB. If it works, then your vid card doesn't like high FSBs. If it works, it is a problem with your memory, mobo, or one of your PCI cards that has a problem with the higher FSB.

It is generally a good idea to make all changes to memory or FSB at the lowest multiplier possible to rule out any chance of having the CPU being the problem. The fewer things you have that can go wrong, the fewer things you have to check.

yea.. good idea's
would changing the apg to 2x kill alot of perfromance?

nope, because of bandwith limitations the change between 2 and 4X is negligible...

would that be in the bios?

It happens to me as well..EVEN when I have NOTHING Overcloked...it gets to NATURE (low res i think) then once thats done..it just closes it self..or gives me an "insufficient memory error"..I cant figure it out...i figured 512 mb ram would be enough
