Ok is seem that I can't find any 1.2 or 1.4 (200)fsb tbird with good stepping. The only one I found are the 266fsb. I got an Asus A7V Rev 1.02 Will this board work with the 266fsb??? Or do I need to get a new one?
Thanks:)

Provided that the processor is unlocked, you will be able to manually set the multiplier of the A7V to run the processor as high as the multipliers can be set.

It is possible to purchase AXIA and AHYJA stepped chips that are locked (200 FSB) - the question here lies in the fact that f155mph can only obtain 266 FSB processors, hence the question.

And more plainly, since the board uses the KT133 chipset rather than the KT133a chipset used in the A7V133 mainboard, it is not suitable for use with Athlon C or Athlon MP, but is good for Duron and Athlon B.
Since the performance of Morgan Duron is on a par with that of Thunderbird, you may benefit from purchasing a 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2GHz Duron (they significantly outperform the older durons based on the Spitfire core clock for clock)
