Music and video: streaming to Wii

Does anyone with a Wii use it for streaming music and or video? I'm mostly interested in music due to the 480P limit. I see that there are a bunch of possibilities for doing this, but I'm not sure what is best. I just want to stream stuff at a decent bitrate (maybe 192k or higher, 320 would be better) and play it from my Wii. I can either stream from my PC or else upload it like some of the services offer.

So.... any ideas?

I used to use a service called Orb that was pretty good. I haven't used it in a while though.

my wii has been rather in active due to lack of funds and me moving it cloer to the wireless router so it can up date and i can buy old games off of the shop channel with my 4000 wii points i have had since my b-day
