TEAMGroup RMA - how are they with RMA service?

I secondhandedly purchased a set of Teamgroup Xtreme RAM that was specially binned by OnePageBook. I'm just wondering if TG will even give me an RMA being that I'm not the first owner of these sticks. Anyone have any insight?

Also, to anyone that's dealt with them, what's the best way to get ahold of them to start an RMA?

So does anyone have input?
