Just got this card today seems to be alright. i have installed the drivers with the disk it came with, but i have been told that you can get more up to date drivers online through the site.. is this true.. if so what would be the best drivers to get for this card.. also before installing new drivers am i supposed to take the other drivers off that were installed?
thanks

Yeah you'll want to get driver cleaner pro (check guru3d for a download link) to remove the drivers. You should uninstall the ATI drivers via add/remove and then run driver cleaner with ATI settings. Reboot, run driver cleaner again with the ATI settings, and install the new drivers. Just check ATI's support site and download the latest set for your OS (32bit or 64 for whichever you're using).
You can choose either the drivers with the catalyst control center or just download the driver by itself if you plan to use either Rivatuner or ATI Tool for overclocking. If you use ATI Tool google for the .27 beta 4 version (either via TechPowerUp or guru3d should have it). I usually use ATI Tool for overclocking and ATI Tray Tools (latest version) to tweak the card since it has the same options as the CCC without being a bloated .NET-coded mess. The CCC is easier to use though.
