Anyone knows any software to mess with DDR speed?

Why not BIOS? what's wrong with it?

Memset is one program I know of but not sure if it can work with DDR.

It's also good to know there are more than the ususal 4 timings. If you don't have it you may wana update your BIOS and then use memset and slowly optimise it. Trust me, it takes up to a week to do that. Here's a pretty good article on it: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/AMD/memory/131/2. Credits to choop_wood.
