can't find anything

I'm looking for a new graphics card with S-Video Out, or TV-Out, so I can connect it to my TV and watch DVDs and stuff. The problem is I can't find these cards (the only I found were ATi All-In-Wonder, or the cheap 32MB RADEON, but both were PCI cards, and this one I want to have AGP connectoin). So anyone know where to find a cheap (under or close to $200 CAN) graphic card AGP ?

Almost all GF2 cards have s-video out, and most ATI Radeon cards.

I have a very affordable Radeon VE, s-vid, vga, and flat panel out, also comes with dual monitor support. And it is AGP. $69 USD when I bought it. I am sure they are even cheaper now.
