right now i have a p3 550e, default fsb 100, running at 133fsb, 733mhz, should i go higher?
my temps dont go over 40 when gaming, and idle around 30
what would be the next fsb level i should go to safely, like what would give me safe agp/pci speeds?

give us more details about mobo and other things like video card and heatsink....your temps are fine as long as you dont crank the voltage up too much.....if i were you my goal would be 150fsb and 825mhz....

Download CPUBurn or Seti. Those programs will give your CPU the stress test more than your games.
Use MotherBoard Monitor to find your temperatures and we need to know your exact temperatures after say an hour burn-in.
What motherboard do you have?
PCI in spec is from 31-38. 40+ will cause your HDD to have file corruption or take the chance of that since your HDD runs with the PCI spec.
AGP Bus should be 2/3 when above 100fsb.
Oh I forgot to add go more.
And if cooling becomes an issue get a better cooler.

sure....(he says with an evil grin)
I had that same chip (gave it to my g/f) running at 150FSB, 825MHz. I ran it at 133 for about six months, until I got a new Gigabyte mobo. I tried 140FSB next, but my video was kinda screwy (PCI nVidia TNT). So, I wrapped the pins, took the voltage to 2.05, and booted at 150...at a temp increase of about 4-6 degrees higher under full load than it was at 133! I had a Phillipine chip, and have heard that was a better chip than the Malay ones...but that little flip-chip never broke 40 under full load once...air-cooled! So, I would say, if you have a Phillipine FC...ride that pony 'til it gives outta gas, brother!
I believe it's safe to go further up with that chip.
From my experience with that chip ( although i had a cA stepping )
i can tell you that it's easy to go up to 147mhz fsb with approx.
1.70 vcore.
My temps were 38C full load with the standard HSF and some
AS II thermal paste.
You will see much improvement in your proccesing speed.
Give it a try.
I have mine running for over a year 24-7 as a server. It is @ 770 retail boxed fan and heatsink. No problems.
